Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes, then slice into kind of thin wedges. (Note: you can use store bought wedges from the deli section or steak fries.
  2. Fry the wedges until a nice golden brown, drain on paper towels.
  3. Coat with buffalo wing sauce, as much as desired/hot as desired.
  4. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and put in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until the cheddar cheese has melted some.
  5. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
