Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the boiling water and remaining ingredients until well blended.
  2. Pour into an oiled 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake in a 350° oven for approximately 1 hour or until tests done.
