Directions:

  1. Drain black beans.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in a little oil or cooking spray until soft but not brown.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for approximately 1 hour, stirring occassionally.
  4. Makes approximately 24 half-cup servings.
