  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix milk, egg and oil. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Fry on hot griddle (350 degrees) until bubbles form.
