Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat Oven to 350.
  2. In bowl, mix butter until creamy, add sugar until pale and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Beat in Vanilla, Baking Powder, Salt, Milk, Heavy Cream, Flour, and Sour Cream. DO NOT OVERBEAT.
  5. Fold in Blueberries.
  6. Pour batter into muffin tins, using an ice cream scoop for even amounts.
  7. Bake 350 for 25- 30 mins- until Golden Brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
