Beginner Strawberry Crumbly

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of strawberries
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. Grease 8 or 9 square baking pan
  2. Spread strawberries over the bottom of the pan
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and sugar in bowl
  4. Add egg until the dry mixture turns crumbly
  5. Spread over strawberries
  6. Dot with pieces of butter
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 - 50 min
  8. Garnish with whipped cream before serving
