Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Notes-.
  2. For Blackberries, crush well.
  3. For Blueberries, grind in blender with 1/3 cup vinegar.
  4. For Cranberries, grind in blender with 1/3 cup vinegar.
  5. For Currants, grind in blender with 1/3 cup vinegar.
  6. For Huckleberries, Grind in blender with 1/3 cup vinegar.
  7. For Loganberries, crush well.
  8. For Marionberries, crush well.
  9. For Raspberries, crush well.
  10. For Strawberries, hull and crush well.
  11. -ToPrepare Vinegar-.
  12. Combine fruit with vinegar.
  13. Store in a glass container in a dark place for 3-4 weeks.
  14. Then strain through a cheesecloth placed in a strainer until the mixture runs clear.
  15. Pour into sterilized bottles and seal (corked bottles can be sealed with paraffin).
  16. Use within 18 months.
