Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F/170C.
  2. Grease and flour one large loaf tin or two smaller ones. Can even be done as mini loaves so everyone gets their own.
  3. Cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add the eggs, bananas, peanut butter, vanilla and mix well.
  5. Add the baking soda mixing well.
  6. Add flour to mix a little at a time until all is blended.
  7. Or do as I do just start at the top of the list and add it all beating after each addition.
  8. Spread the batter in the pan and back for about an hour.
