Bakers Chocolate And Mocha Sweethearts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Spray foil with cooking spray.
  4. MICROWAVE unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Stir in sugar.
  6. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
  7. Add flour and flavored instant coffee; stir until well blended.
  8. Spread into prepared pan.
  9. BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.)
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan; cut into shapes with 1-1/2-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter.
  12. (Reserve scraps for snacking or another use.)
  13. Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package.
  14. Dip tops of brownie hearts in chocolate.
  15. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
