Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup refined flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. For filling: 2 apples 1 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder Sift refined flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
  2. Beat eggs one at a time.
  3. Add milk, water and essence.
  4. Whisk continously.
  5. Make a well in the sifted ingredients.
  6. Pour liquid ingredients in this.
  7. Combine with a few swift strokes.
  8. Heat a 5 griddle.
  9. Let the batter spread over the bottom of the griddle.
  10. Cook the pancake over moderate heat.
  11. When brown underneath, reverse the side and brown the other side.
  12. Use a little oil for each pancake.
  13. Spread the filling on the pancake.
  14. Roll up and serve.
  15. For the filling: Peel, core and thinly slice the apples.
  16. Cook for a few seconds in butter and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
  17. Keep aside till needed.
