Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Core and chunk apples (don't peel) and place in food processor. Partially peel and remove seeds from oranges. Put orange chunks in food processor. Add cranberries and pulse until slaw-like chunks. Be careful not to overdo processing, you don't want a puree you want a relish.
  2. Put into bowl and mix in sugar.
