Warm or Cold Beet Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 beets
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large apple

Directions:

  1. Cook beats in boiling watter for approximatley 20-30 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Peel and grate beets. Add chopped onion, grated apple and grated pickle.
  3. Season with salt, lemon juice and sugar to taste.
  4. Either serve immediately or place in fridge until ready to use.
