Ingredients:

  • 6-8 1 large onion cut into rings
  • 1 cup club soad

Directions:

  1. Mix club soad and pancake mix until it looks like thick pancake batter add salt.Then dip onion rings into batter and fry in very hot oil are in a deep fat frier.Sprinkle with alittle more salt while hot.
