Vegan No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 cups oats

Directions:

  1. Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring often.
  2. Boil 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in oats.
  4. Form into small balls and drop onto wax paper.
  5. Let cool and serve.
