Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry beef, onion and peppers until beef is no longer pink.
  2. Add sauce and spices.
  3. Turn into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  4. Arrange pepperoni slices over beef mixture.
  5. Cover with cheese slices.
  6. CRUST: Beat eggs in bowl, add milk and oil.
  7. Beat on low speed until blended.
  8. Add flour.
  9. Beat.
  10. Pour over cheese.
  11. Smooth top.
  12. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  13. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  14. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  15. Serve.
  16. Bake as directed then cool. freeze at this point. When you want to eat this, thaw and reheat.
