Ingredients:

  • 1 pt bottle of apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 large sprigs fresh tarragon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 clove, the pumpkin pie kind ;--)

Directions:

  1. Open the bottle of vinegar.
  2. Feed the stems of tarragon inside. Add the clove.
  3. Put a toothpick through the garlic clove, tie a thread to the toothpick, and drop the garlic into the bottle. Tie the thread around the neck of the bottle. Remove after 1 week.
  4. Put aside for at least 2 weeks.
  5. If you find a pretty bottle and tie something rustic around the neck, this makes a lovely hostess gift or housewarming present.
