Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add sweet potatoes. Mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time,beating after each addition.
  4. Stir in flour,salt,and spices until combined.
  5. Pour batter evenly into prepared pie crusts.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
  7. Cool completely and serve topped with whipped cream.
  8. Suggestions:
  9. Instead of graham cracker,use a vanilla wafer,shortbread,or a gingersnap crust.
  10. Bake one cheesecake and freeze the other unbaked for later use.
