Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, salt and margarine.
  2. Put into casserole dish.
  3. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
