Summer Light Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a jar with lid combine all dressing ingredients, shake to mix.
  2. In large bowl combine all salad ingredients except lettuce.
  3. Toss salad with half of dressing, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Place lettuce on serving platter, top with salad.
  5. Drizzle remaining dressing over salad and lettuce.
