Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 1/2 cups walnut halves

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, orange juice.
  2. Cook until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water.
  3. Add extract and butter.
  4. Beat well until mixture is creamy and begins to thicken.
  5. Add walnut halves and stir until nuts are coated.
  6. Pour out on waxed paper and pull apart in small clusters.
  7. Cool.
