Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 cups of sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a slight boil over med high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to med low and bubble for 10 minute.
  4. Gently stir occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and transfer to a container.
  6. Serve hot or chill until ready to use.
  7. Sauce will thicken upon standing/chilling.
