Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put ice, strawberries, banana and flax in the blender. Add juice, fill to the top of the blender. I included 1 cup of juice because I wanted the nutrition info as accurate as possible.
  2. Blend until the ice is crushed and the ingredients are mixed well.
