I got this from Guideposts magazine . My husband really wants to try it so I am putting it here for safekeeping. Ingredients:
2 cups ice |
8 ounces frozen strawberries |
1 banana |
1/4 cup ground flax seed |
1 cup welch's strawberry breeze juice |
Directions:
1. Put ice, strawberries, banana and flax in the blender. Add juice, fill to the top of the blender. I included 1 cup of juice because I wanted the nutrition info as accurate as possible. 2. Blend until the ice is crushed and the ingredients are mixed well. |
