Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Pour milk in large mug and microwave for 3 minutes.
  2. Add brown sugar & vanilla. (adjust to taste).
  3. Enjoy and sleep like a baby!
