I remember when I was a little girl and my dad told me that drinking warm milk would help me sleep better. Well..this recipe really does relax you and releases that melatonin. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Pour milk in large mug and microwave for 3 minutes. 2. Add brown sugar & vanilla. (adjust to taste). 3. Enjoy and sleep like a baby! |
