Spinach Cheese Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in oil over medium heat until tender.
  3. Add spinach and cook until very dry.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Add spinach mixture to cheeses, egg, sugar and pepper.
  6. Spread 1/2 c of this mixture onto lasagna noodle and roll up.
  7. Repeat with rest of the noodles.
  8. Place in greased baking pan and bake until hot (20 min).
  9. Meanwhile, heat sauce, herbs and mushrooms.
  10. Spoon hot sauce onto plates.
  11. Cut lasagna rolls into thirds.
  12. Place cut side up on sauce.
  13. Sprinkle with green onion.
