Directions:

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in top of double boiler. Over med-high heat,bring water to boil in bottom of double boiler;reduce heat to med-low. Place top of double boiler over gently simmering water;upper pan should not touch water.
  2. Cook 25 to 30 mins,or till cheese is melted,stirring occasionally. Stir in spinach. Serve with tortilla chips.
