Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine chicken, celery, almonds, water chestnuts, grapes and pineapple in a medium mixing bowl; mixing well.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, and curry powder, stirring well; add to chicken mixture.
  3. Toss lightly to coat well, and chill.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves.
  5. Enjoy!
