Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare cake mix according to directions.
  2. Pour 1/2 batter into greased but not floured rectangular pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then remove from oven and turn temperature down to 250.
  4. Melt butter, milk and caramels then pour over baked cake.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture then pour remaining batter over top.
  6. Bake at 250 for 15 minutes then turn oven up to 350 and bake 10 minutes longer.
  7. Frost with milk chocolate frosting.
