Ingredients:

  • 1 cup stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Roll into ball the size of small walnuts.
  2. Roll in a mixture of 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
  3. Place 2 inches apart on an un greased cookies sheet.
  4. Bake until golden brown;but still soft.
  5. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minute.
  6. P.s. these cookies puff up at first,then flatten out.
