Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. shortening
  • 1 1/2 cup. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cup. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Directions:

  1. Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Sift dry ingredients into first mixture. Roll dough into walnut-size balls. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
