Simple Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove the seeds from the pomegranates
  2. Core and section the plums
  3. Peel and section the oranges
  4. Prepare little watermelon balls using a melon baller
  5. Cut grapefruits in halves, and save the halves after removing the pulp
  6. Core and section the apples
  7. Place the apple sections into the bath of lemon and water. This prevents the apples from discoloring.
  8. Arrange the cleaned-out grapefruit halves on the work station, and fill with the fruit variety.
  9. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
