Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sherry wine
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients and pour the marinade over you meat.
  2. Marinate 4-24 hours in the refrigerator, turning pieces occasionally.
