Use this marinade on chicken, pork loin or spareribs. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sherry wine |
1/3 cup honey |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients and pour the marinade over you meat. 2. Marinate 4-24 hours in the refrigerator, turning pieces occasionally. |
