dry milk (i use dry whole milk because if i m drinking these, i need the extra fat and calories...no fat milk works just fine, here, though and keeps it healthier for most people), powdered sugar, malted milk powder, cocoa, vanilla bean, split and scraped, dry, no heat required thickening agent (sold in most pharmacies), powdered vitamin supplement , dry protein supplement, fiber etc. just follow the package recommendations and add enough for about 35 doses .

cranberry juice or 3 oz fruit punch, gatorade sports drink (blue ), sugar free 7-up or 3 oz sprite, ice cube , fill glass to the top with cubes

nonfat dry milk powder, granulated sugar, powdered coffee creamer (coffeemate or cremora), instant coffee granules, instant chocolate drink mix , nestle quik, vanilla instant pudding mix

instant chocolate drink mix (nestle quik is best), nonfat dry milk powder, water

whole milk, half-and-half, nestle carnation breakfast powdered drink mix

hot skim milk or 1 cup steamed skim milk, instant breakfast drink mix (classic french vanilla or rich milk chocolate flavor), ground ginger, ground cinnamon
