8 cheesey and bake Recipes

lg ripe , red tomatoes (i had 2 or 3 different varieties), fine italian style breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, grated mozzerella, grated colby / jack blend (this is what i had on hand, use whatever you like), red pepper flakes, italian dressing mix, dried basil (i would have used fresh if i d had any), real mayo, melted butter, balsamic vinegar, worcestershire, garlic powder, fresh ground black pepper

makes about 2 cups spread, enough for two baking sheets or more, tortilla chips or thinly sliced sourdough baguette, diced roasted green chiles, mayonnaise, shredded monterey jack cheese, chopped green onions (about 1/2 cup, white and green sections both), garlic, peeled and minced, minced fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice, ground cumin, two green tabasco (optional), salt and pepper to taste, i stirred in some chopped spinach , and sprinkled chopped fresh tomatoes on top of the baguette. i had about 1/4 of a block of cream cheese, and added it, too.

ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced, crab meat, drained and rinsed, green onions, chopped, juice from a lemon wedge, old bay seasoning, worcestershire, red pepper flakes, hot sauce

russet potatoes,cut in 1/4 cubes, chili powder, salt, ground black pepper, tb butter,cubed (i only use 4-6 too much), shredded colby-monteray jack cheese blend, ranch dressing

pasta, any shape , i used large macaroni, bacon, chopped, leek, chopped, mushrooms, sliced, cheese, grated, all-purpose flour, butter, garlic clove, minced, milk, whole grain mustard, tomatoes, sliced, dried herbs

marinated artichokes (drained ), frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained very well ), minced garlic, grated romano cheese, grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream or half and half, sour cream
