flour, seasoned with, salt & pepper, beef cube steaks , cut bite sized, oil, onion, sliced , to taste, water, divided, green pepper, sliced , to taste, gravy, your choice (i like onion, mushroom and beef)

stalks celery, diced, carrots , coins (grimway pre-sliced carrot coins in produce aisle), onion, diced, chicken bouillon cubes, minced garlic (i use refrigerated jar), boneless beef chuck (1 package of tips or cut beef into bite size pieces note -- chuck has best flavor for this recipe bu), pillsbury ready-made pie crust (2 pie shells per package), olive oil, butter, beef gravy, pam cooking spray

chicken gravy (instant type , my favorite brand, see photos), beef base (optional), olive oil, divided, sirloin tip steak, any size (bite size pieces cut across the grain), onion (chopped ), salt and pepper, baby carrots, frozen peas, frozen puff pastry (thawed 30 min.), cumin, vegetable seasoning (i use mrs dash orig.)

flour, salt, pepper, sirloin tip steaks, green onion, chopped, sliced mushrooms, condensed beef broth, worcestershire sauce, tomato paste or 2 tbsp ketchup, dry red wine, flour, buttered noodles

stew meat, beef gravy, white rice , prepared according to package directions

boneless chuck roast (or any tougher beef cut such as brisket, 7-bone roast, etc.), worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, dried oregano, crushed, fresh ground black pepper, baby red new potatoes , scrubbed, carrots, peeled, trimmed and cut into 4-inch lengths, baby portabella mushrooms , brushed clean and trimmed, garlic cloves, peeled and cut into halves, sweet onion, sliced very thin, vegetable cooking spray, dry onion soup mix, red wine, beef broth, tomato paste (see note )
