Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine eggs and sugar and beat well.
  3. Blend in melted butter, then stir in peanuts. Set aside.
  4. Sift flour, b. soda, b. powder and salt in large bowl.
  5. Add rolled oats and cornflakes.
  6. Stir dry ingredients into batter and mix well.
  7. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
  8. Remove from pan at once and cool.
