Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 lb) box vanilla wafer
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Crush vanilla wafers to a fine crumb.
  2. In a large bowl combine wafer crumbs, honey, rum, and nuts.
  3. Stir to form a stiff sticky dough.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
  5. Store in an air-tight container.
