Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Bake in 3 layer pans. 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. For the frosting: Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and granulated sugar.
  4. Blend together with spoon Cool Whip, Hershey bars and pecans.
  5. Fold Cool Whip mixture into cream cheese mixture.
  6. DO NOT BEAT.
  7. Keep refrigerated.
