Roasted Garlic on the Grill

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut the top off a head of garlic.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Wrap in foil to cover.
  5. Toss on grill over high heat.
  6. Grill until soft.
