Ingredients:

  • 1 ranny smith apple,cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 cup eggnog
  • 2 large eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400'. Butter jelly roll pan . Arrange bread in one layer on one side. Arrange apple on the other side;dot with butter.
  2. In bowl,whisk eggnog and eggs. Slowly pour over bread to soak. Roast 25 mins or till browned.
