Easy and yummy French Toast using leftover eggnog. Ingredients:
8 slices hearty white bread |
1 ranny smith apple,cored and thinly sliced |
1 tb butter |
2 c eggnog |
2 large eggs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400'. Butter jelly roll pan . Arrange bread in one layer on one side. Arrange apple on the other side;dot with butter. 2. In bowl,whisk eggnog and eggs. Slowly pour over bread to soak. Roast 25 mins or till browned. |
