Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies - the Best I Have Ever Tried!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients & add vanilla. Mix dry ingredients (except chips). Add the pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients and blend. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Spoon onto pan (I use my pampered chef stoneware pan). Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 30 cookies.
