Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp activedry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Mix together.
  2. Knead 10 minute.
  3. Put in oiled bowl and cover with damp towel 90 minute.
  4. Punch down and break into 8 pieces.
  5. Cover and let sit 10 minute.
  6. Flatten
  7. Bake at 400 for 3 minute.
  8. For more crispy bake extra 3 minute.
