Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375³F.
  2. Beat sugar, butter, sour cream, egg, and pineapple in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, vanilla and salt.
  4. Stir in almonds.
  5. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched in center.
  7. Immediately remove from cookie sheet to work rack.
  8. Cool Completely.
  9. Mix together the glaze ingredients.
  10. Spread with vanilla glaze.
