Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro , firmly packed
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Purée ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing hard on solids, then discarding them.
  3. Serve over ice.
