Ingredients:

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 4 tablesppons flour
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cups pecans (add last)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except pecans) in bowl until smooth.
  2. Pour in prepared or homemade pie crusts.
  3. Cover mixture with pecans
  4. Bake at 275 degrees until brown. (apprx 25 minutes) Times may vary
