Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Beat the egg white until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the sugar and vanilla gradually.
  4. Add the pecans.
  5. Grease a cookie sheet.
  6. Using a teaspoon, place pecan kisses 1 apart on the cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Turn the oven off.
  9. Let the pecan kisses sit in the oven an additional 30 minutes.
  10. Store in an airtight container.
