Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line 8 or 9 in square pan with wax paper, extending paper over edges of pan.
  2. Heat sweetened condensed milk & peanut butter in large saucepan over med.heat until just bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat .
  3. Stir in chocolate until smooth.
  4. Immediately stir in peanuts & vanilla
  5. Spread evenly in pan.
  6. Chill covered for at least 2 hrs.
  7. Remove from pan lifting edges of paper & cut into squares.
